After being lovingly dragged into the tumblr-verse I guess it's time to spread my love of all things awesome with the world! I'm totally random so even I can't predict what might surface on this page, but expect some Harry Potter, superhero, SYTYCD love, and all things cute or absurd to make an appearance.

When Hagrid was like, “Yer a wizard, Harry.” Harry was all, “But I haven’t any money!” And then Hagrid was like, “Lulz, just wait, moneybags.” So I think it was implied. Or maybe it was just for books/robes/wand/etc. I dunno. I dont know how they’d pay teachers without tuition since Hogwarts was pretty separate from the Ministry. then again, it’s only food and teacher salaries they’re paying. The house elves were free and there’s no electricity and all security is “magic.” Why would it cost that much? Seriously, when a school is (practically) mandatory for the students to go ie. The Dursleys couldn’t take Harry aware and Luna was forced back after being kidnapped, I think most of the schools funds would have to come from taxes to the ministry or something. Despite the disconnect Dumbledore has with the Ministry, he still is able to be ousted and what not by them and Umbridge was force upon the school so it would seem to be a mostly public institution, with only books and things to be paid for.  Additionally, the Weasley’s could not afford private tuition for all the kids, and in the 3rd book Harry is only concerned about using his money in Gringotts to buy supplies, not anything else…. Why can’t I stop think about this?
